Life saver for our roof – We had the Leafbusters installed to our roof edges in 2009. Very satisfied with the product and the follow up service we booked with the new owner recently. Cleaner tank water – Generally very glad with whats carried on our roof since we originally had the Leafbusters in about 2005. Couldnt fault the system at all. I live in an area where we must collect clean rain water. the Leafbusters helps to do this in a very straightforward manner. Greatly designed product.

Had it for years – The Leafbusters gutter guard has been on our roof since 2014 and we also had the clean out service done recently. There are no valley parts so it work great. Glad to have a worthwhile idea. Show reply

Happy with the service – I had them in to clean and service the sections of the roof where the house has gutter guard covers. Repairs were carried out on some corner spots and where a few gaps had been. The whole process was hassle free particularly because they made contact with the tenants in advance. my Husband's safety as he was always up a ladder cleaning gutters. Problem solved by Leafbusters we have never had any issues. So now 20 years later we contacted Grayson Gutter Cleaning and Gutter Guard Hawthorn to match and instal Gutter Guard to our new extension. Called last Tuesday job done and dusted 7 days later. No stress No hassle. Graysons have been great to deal with. They were able to match the type and colour of our original job done by Leafbusters. Very happy – We have had Leafbusters since we first bought our house 15 years ago. It still looks almost new and we've had it cleaned out by the new owners. Did a good job .....but – We originally had leaf-busters install on our whole house back in 2012 and now have found the silicon they used has started to peel, called them only to find they have gone into liquidation back in 2016 - Grayson Gutter Cleaning who have taken over their number 1300 GUTTER has agreed to come and fix the problem but unfortunately our original… Read more

guarantee (20 years) is no longer valid and if we want to claim against it we have to contact the liquidators....

Horrible Experience – Gave Leafbusters two chances to make good on my order for gutter mesh for my roof. First delivery they send a cheaper product, second delivery correct product but faulty. I cancelled the job, and I am still chasing my deposit.

WASTE OF MONEY – Also my experience with them - I sent photos of the mess remaining after "completion" of the job and could not get a response. I am 76 y.o. and have just spent an hour up a ladder clearing the valleys, which had the gutter guard installed. I had raised the question spefically with the salesman prior to signing the contract and was assured that it would do the job - it DOESN'T! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU HAVE GUMTREES (or maybe others also).

Disgusting Service, they only want your money, but don't want to know you afterwards – I purchased gutter guards for my roof and I was quoted for the whole roof. Not only was I pressured to sign the contract on the day of the quote, to receive a slight discount, but when they did the job it was not done completely. leaves come down the ridge and get trapped at the bottom. I have made numerous phone calls where I have left messages in the last 3 weeks, but I have not received one call back. They seemed to be in a hurry to call back, when it came for the quote and to get my money, but now they don't want to know me, what sort of customer service is this.

Awful Experience – Company installed gutter mesh incorrectly as pitch of roof was under their guidelines. Caused water to leak in my garage and major plaster damage. Initially agreed to pay for repairs then withdrew. CEO was rude, and went into a rant. Now have to take them to VCAT.
