I hate this piece of junk – If i thought that someone would buy it, i would sell it to them in a heart-beat. It spends all of its time with the CPU maxed out. Even the screen is nasty. Colours don't show properly and you have to choose the angle that you look at it from. I'm thinking of ways that it could be useful to me, but i can't. It was cheap and i'm sorry. There's… Read more
probably lots of quality Lenovo products out there but since I consider this laptop the biggest lemon computer that i have ever bought, I probably wont buy another Lenovo product.
Worst laptop ever – I bought this device in 2017, the laptop worked okay for a year, but then it became so damn slow that everytime I click on anything, it takes ages to get actioned. I am from IT background, and have tried many tricks and always made sure, device, drivers are updated. I did not even got chance to use 10% of storage space. Because it is so slow. I have reset my laptop, even that has not helped. Show details
Cursor pad to far over to the left – This lap top is made for left handers. The pad is to far to the left and drives me crazy being right handed. Performance of the lap top? I'm pleased. Show details
Not the usual from Lenovo – Lenovo is a brand I have previously been extremely happy with and cannot understand why they would allow a product of this low standard be distributed in their name. Looking at the specifications as a guide plenty of RAM high speed processor but the thing runs slower than the old 286. I believe Lenovo should apologise and offer a upgrade option… Read more
for the inconvenience caused or explain the problem and offer a remedy. This product will have lasting effects on a good brand name.
The worst laptop I have owned. Never again will I buy Lenovo products – I bought this to upgrade my old 10 year Acer laptop and boy was it slowwwww. It takes forever to boot up and It constantly freezes even if you are doing nothing. My 10 year old acer core2 duo performed better than this. Heck my daughter's cheap $300 Acer laptop performed better. Stay away from this laptop. Show details
Absolute garbage – I bought a Lenovo Ideapad 320 with the belief that China's biggest computer manufacturer would produce a quality product. Boy, was I ever wrong there. This piece of garbage takes up to 25 minutes just to start and then takes 5-10 minutes to open a page or site. I paid $600 for this rubbish and will NEVER EVER buy Lenovo anything again. I took my… Read more
machine to a computer tech guy to see if he could get it to work faster. He deleted the Windows system and reloaded the current version. Result: Down $125.00 & now is slower than before. I have given up on it & put an axe through it & threw it in the rubbish bin. Then bought an Acer which works like lightning. Keep your money & leave this crap on the shelf. Keep walking.
Worst computer ever owned – Does not start up. Takes multiple attempts to start and even then the mouse disappears and tab does not work. My phone is faster. Do not waste your money on Lenovo. Show details
Top Useless laptop – I had this laptop for year and half now. Constantly shut down while Im working with it. I blow up so many files didnt save. Speed of hard disk is so hopeless. Its ssd component but even worse than normal hard disk. Stop all system during whatever you do. I wish I had put more budget to buy better laptop. Be aware. Lenovo is piece of junk. Show details
Worst laptop I have ever had the misfortune to own – The Ideapad 320 running Windows Ten and Trend Micro Security, bought about June 2018. The computer does have some good features, however these are totally overshadowed by its speed of operation and very short battery life.. I have had it tested by a Technician and he could not make it run any better. If I could afford it at the present time, I… Read more
would smash into pieces and throw it in the rubbish bin, mainly to stop anyone else having to suffer it. I have resolved never to purchase any Lenovo product again.
Fragile screen – The computer seemed to work alright but then I do not carry out any difficult tasks. The screen cracked after 7 weeks. I do not how it happened. I handled the computer the same way that I have handled them for the last 30 years without this happening before. Lenovo say I broke the screen. I conclude that the screen and its casing are fragile. am not alone; a quick search online showed that this has happened to lots of people. Be warned. I will not buy another Lenovo product.
Nothing but trouble – Since i bought it in October (2017) I've had nothing but troubles with it, including random reboots, shutdowns, blue screen errors, everything becoming unresponsive all at once and not being able to turn it off through the start menu and having to turn it off forcefully so many times i cant even count. Lenovo does not have any email support… Read more
system that works, i sent an email back in February (2018) and still have not actually received an email response in September (2018).
Send it back to Lenovo and they replaced the motherboard but still has the same problems, does have less random reboots but it becomes unresponsive at least 3 times a day on average, sometimes within an hour of each other no matter what I'm doing, whether I'm sending emails, watching youtube videos, watching movies, doing homework, or leaving it idle for a few minutes it still happens, i have done many scans and gone manually through my folders to see if anything was corrupted but there is nothing.
I urge people to be cautious when buying Lenovo computers/laptops. I certainly will not be buying Lenovo ever again, bad system and bad support.
cheap and does the job – If you are looking for a simple laptop which does the basic job this one is great. It has great picture quality and is fast enough. I got this for my Mum which is perfect for her to complete what she needs to with work but also can watch movies etc. Show details
Warning people not to buy it – I purchased this product in November 2017 and l plan on returning it soon as its under warranty. It comes with windows 10 already installed however because the manufacturing of this product is already a few years old before purchase the drives in this machine are outdated and slow. And its a complete nightmare. I buy lenovo products but this laptop is a lemon. Show details

Hopless – Purchased this one during November 2017. So far it has been back for repairs and it is still close to useless.. The keypad misses both letters and numerals and as such I re-read and check both spelling and any numerals I have typed. It will even place letters that have not been pressed!! Even typing this it has missed letters!! It will turn… Read more
itself off at any time even during when typing emails and it loses all the info already typed...
Using Google maps is just frustrating as typing a town name it will either miss several letters or will not a take the full name, this requires going back and typing the name very slowly and I am a one finger typer!!
And no it is not the internet server..
This laptop would be the most use-less piece of electrical equipment I have ever purchased.
Will never purchase a Lenovo again.
Far from impressed...
Fantastic laptop for the price – This is a really good laptop for the price, however it also has some problems. The main reasons I picked this laptop was the price, the specs, and the size. It has the brand new intel 8th generation processers which are almost twice as fast as thr 7th generation versions. Its thin and light at only 1.2kg and a 13 inch screen with a small bezel.… Read more
However the keyboard isn't great with fairly mushy keys. The spacebar feels like its on a bit of a pivot. While these are annoying, I would reccomend this laptop due to its attractive price
So Far So Good – Finally had to bite the bullet and invest in a new laptop after my 10 year old Toshiba packed it in. Early days yet but, so far, very happy with the replacement although disappointed that Windows package no longer included in the very expensive price and therefore an additional expense (was advised this is the case with all new products). Setup… Read more
was a breeze, especially as the device "talked" me through the steps. Still finding the access to various systems a challenge after my previous device but will eventually get the hang of it.
