Terrible laptop and warranty service – I've been using computers for decades and never had one that randomly reboots without warning. The hardware is faulty but Lenovo refuses to send a technician to diagnose it although it's still under premium onsite warranty. It wants me to re-image and re-install all my software and do more troubleshooting (after 2.5 weeks of it). And of course… Read more

it's not compensating me for the additional 15-20+ hours it'll take. I would not recommend anyone buy a Lenovo computer due to its poor hardware quality control and awful warranty service.

A small, powerful and very well built notebook – This is the best 13" notebook I have setup in ages. The body is full metal body and a very premium design. It has a powerful CPU, even for Intel, and 16GB of RAM (2x8GB so that's great!). With a 1 terrabyte (TB) solid state drive (SSD) it has heaps of space. It is very fast! The screen is fantastic - very sharp and clear. The weight, or lack… Read more

thereof, is also excellent.

The webcam is good but still not as good as the selfie camera on a phone. I still can't understand why notebook manufacturers aren't using phone cameras yet.

When it comes to travelling again, this will be excellent for that purpose.

I believe it also has a TPM2.0 chip so should be able to run Windows 11 once it's released and stable, in about a year.

This is NOT a gaming notebook but a workhorse. Gaming notebooks are overrated anyway.

To be honest I'm rather jealous of my customer. If I were to choose another notebook right now I wouldn't need to shop around. This is perfect for my needs and probably anyone else's.

This computer definitely gets my recommendation for a small, powerful and very well build machine.

First Experience – Has poor design of exhaust fan which leads to overheating of the motherboard. Had been to on -site technical repair twice just to replace the motherboard. Not recommended but hey great performance though. Show details

Terrible keyboard and customer service – Bought this machine based on past experiences with Lenovo. When it arrived I noticed I had trouble with the spacebar - the sensor underneath the spacebar only works when it is struck right in the middle. When touch typing you generally strike either end of the space bar and rarely in the middle. As a small business owner once I had set up the… Read more

machine I really couldn't do without it to swap it out or send it back so I contacted customer service via webchat. What followed was a total waste of an hour of my working day, with no resolution. The keyboard is now almost completely unusable and I am stuck with this $1700 machine which I can only use now with an external keyboard, meaning its tough to easily use at client meetings and onsite. I will never purchase or recommend Lenovo again!! Oh also, Lenovo asked me to review the product and service for them then removed the review from their site, and sent me a questionnaire from which I have had no response.
