WORST LAPTOP AND COMPANY – I purchased this Lenovo laptop for my child's schooling on January 21, 2024. Within a short period, we encountered two major issues: unresponsive screen and battery problems. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering the device's intended use for education. Furthermore, the customer service provided by Lenovo and their authorized service centers has been disappointing. The lack of responsiveness and resolution has added to the overall negative experience.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lenovo laptops. The combination of hardware failures and subpar customer service has left me feeling let down.

Waste of money – There's something seriously wrong with the network adaptor and WiFi. It was intermittent from day one, and then stopped all together after a reset. Had to download a new driver on another computer. Now I only need to reset the network adaptor once a day. The help info hasn't been updated for Win11, the chatbot sends you to a US helpdesk, which gives you an Aussie number to call and wait in a queue. Don't buy Lenovo, folks. A laptop should work straight out of the box
Purchased in for $1,088.
Brilliant device! – We needed a computer for mostly study and writing. Something anyone can use as we're over 50 and struggle with technology, health issues meant it had to be light, and able to be used while in bed. This is absolutely perfect, and it set itself up with us just having to follow easy to understand instructions (with pictures). The only regret is why didn't we buy this sooner!
Purchased in at Officeworks for $667.
Horrible to use – Its nice and light and has a great screen size, but the mousepad is a nightmare. I have to use the extreme left corner of the pad to left click, and it often grabs and resizes the screen. The page up/down buttons only scroll, which is so irritating when working on large spreadsheets and documents.
