How do I transfer games and music from an Amazon Kindle to it with a USB cable? I tried using a Mac mini, an Acer Chromebook, and a Windows 10 PC. Only the PC recognizes it as even being there, but the Lenovo is greyed out so I can't move anything to it.
Enable developer options by clicking on the build number 7 times then go into developer options and find usb debugging and turn it on

I bought the m10.1 and the usb cable connector worked the first time. Now it does not even get in the hole. What is the problem. What side up to use????
It's a USB type-c connector, which can be plugged in either way. You most likely have something stuck in the port. Have a look in there with a light. A toothpick or something with a little hook along with some compressed air or a good blow should get any obstruction out.
