Wouldn't recommend this appliance to anyone. Disappointed, when I realised you are unable to have food cooking in the oven and use hot plates at the same time. Only got used a handful of times, before it completely stopped working after only 11 months.

I recently received my portable oven with rotisserie and at the moment it seems to work fine, however, when I first opened the box I immediately noticed a dent on the corner behind the left element. I expected this product to be in perfect condition straight out of the box as most people would so for that I have given it 3 stars.

Purchased in at Mighty Ape for $206.38.

Lenoxx EQ425R Oven is a Dangerous & Should be Recalled. No "Dial Position Marks. The "Right Hot Plate" Has No Thermostat Control or Heat Adjustment. Running Flat Chat whilst the "Dial is in Off Position," I can't believe the Regulators let this Nightmare Product with Multiple Fults through ?

Purchased in at Harris Scarfe for $259.

PRODUCT DANGEROUS DESIGN and FAILED PUBIC RELATIONS – I purchased a Lenoxx Healthy Choice portable oven around the 26th of May 2024, on-line from Big W. I have no issues with the order, delivery or price; however I have encountered a serious fault with the oven and I have telephoned Lenoxx five (5) times on the 26th of May and again today (10th June 2024), only to be told “ we cannot take your call at the moment….” And I was to call again.

1. If I am a ‘valued customer’ as their leaflet states, then obviously the first thing sellers should do is to create good customer relations by giving credit to their publication; i.e. answer a telephone call when a customer takes the time and trouble to ring. First big mistake, as I will not recommend Lenoxx, hence my unfavourable review.

2. The oven has a bad design and I wanted to make this complaint to the company in order to have a re-design of the oven.

3. Inside the oven there are rungs on either side to hold up the oven rack. The rungs do not run the whole length of the sides; and therefore when the rack is pulled out of the oven (with cake or casserole) it is unbalanced and collapses tipping the cake or casserole upside down on the bottom of the oven – on the bottom element. This is dangerous, and I personally have had my hand burnt trying to right it, even using an oven mit.

As I am unable to speak to a human being or even have my telephone call with Lenoxx answered; I am of the opinion this company should be referred to the Consumer Affairs Department, firstly for their bad public relations and secondly for an interior and dangerous product on the Australian market.

Follow-up  · My hand was burnt when I was trying to rescue the collapsed oven rack and dish of food. Yes, a manual was enclosed. This however did not compensate for the design fault, yet to be experienced, ie. no warning was printed as to the consumer using the oven racks. I use this horrible oven every day. I am now very careful when placing dishes on the rack and removing them, as it can easily collapse, and one ends up with food everywhere and a possible burn.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have tried to download the tax receipt for the oven. Hope I have done so successfully and my review will be published. Thank you.
