the quality and safety of the product. When I tried to return it to Kmart, I was told I had to go home and process everything online instead of being helped in the store. That was very frustrating, especially since I had already brought the faulty product with me. To make matters worse, when I contacted the supplier through their chatbot, I was told I needed to send them a video of the kettle malfunctioning. Asking customers to film a faulty electrical appliance that may be unsafe is unreasonable and potentially dangerous. At this point I still have the kettle and have not received a refund. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience — both with the product quality and the process of trying to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this kettle.

I have had no help in returning the kettle back to obtain a refund. Lennox, sent me 2 emails asking me to demonstrate the issue.

Not worth the stress they gave me, all I want is to return the kettle so I can get a refund. Clearly, they do not value their customers, and not adhering to a refund policy under the warranty. The kettle is only 2 months old.

UPDATE: MANY THANKS TO JOANNE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO ORGANISED A REPLACEMENT KETTLE, SHE'S THE ONLY PERSON THATS ACTUALLY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS' CONCERNS.
