Faulty unit, has not worked since being delivered, substandard customer care – Since the fridge was 3 weeks delivered, it has not worked. Both the fridge and the freezer are failing to reach the appropriate temperature. I've had it 3 weeks now and all the food is going off. a serviceman has attended and confimred there is a manufacturing fault with the back panel. He also couldnt' get the wifi button to activate. It's been nearly a week since he attended and I've heard nothing since. Apparenlty I'm meant to put up with a unit not fit for purpose while LG take their time to replace the part. I certainly could not recommend this fridge freezer, and the issue has been made far worse by substandard customer service
