Absolutely appalling. Bought brand new and worked for 12 weeks before it lost power never to return. Even more appalling was the LG Support service. I spent more time on hold that the total cost of the fridge. With no outcome over several weeks. Disgusting all round.

Purchased in at The Good Guys for $1,600.

Five months on and still no support from LG or the Good Guys. A technician has assessed the fridge as completely faulty. We have had no support, no contact and no resolution. Not only is this unacceptable, but it is also against Consumer Law. DO NOT BUY.
