quickly, sent out repairman and we had the option of replacement or repair. We chose replacement, and product care made the process so easy.

Very good – Very good, keeps temperature as per setting, very quite, good space, good for large family, very practical. Quick in making ice, very good for frozen items. Easy to clean, can adjust size of each compartments as per your needs. Heaps of extra space and compartments for small and large items. Keeps fruits and vegetables fresh for long time.  Show details

Awsome Fridge and Design – This is an outstanding fridge and I got it at great value of below 2k from HN. The design is great, the cooling and freezer are faultless, never ever had a fault and I've owned this fridge since 2014 without anything going wrong. Great Fridge – Great refrigerator, I've had this fridge for 3 years with no faults and no problems. It keeps everything cold and frozen in the freezer and the water and ice and crushed ice features are excellent. This is one of LG's best refrigerators and if you can get you hands on one 'you won't be disappointed'.  Show details

Waste of money – Plastic frame surrounding shelves get extremely cold that they crack in several areas and when you attempt to contact the manufacturer or the retailer they state its wear and tear or they claim that too many heavy objects are placed on every single shelf, making out that im storing bricks in my fridge or somthing..... sorry but a kilo of meat placed on a shelf should not be the cause of cracking the shelves..... crap and cheap materials used.  Show details

It is fantastic – It is fantastic. All my family members love it. It can make ice block and shredded ice. It has spacious freezing room. Highly recommended to big families. And it is super energy saving. I am happy I bought this one instead of the other one. Supper good and love it!  Show details

I just can't fault this fridge/freezer – Love everything about this fridge/freezer. We previously had a Samsung side-by-side and it was very disappointing, had about 4 service calls in the first 3 years but I must say Samsung were exceptional and we didn't have to pay a cent even though last 2 calls out of warranty. degrees within temp set, we have digital thermometers in fridge and freezer

- can hardly hear when the compressor turns on, very quiet

- ice maker is fantastic, the Samsung ice maker would jam after about 3 months and had to be thawed out

- vegetable crisper works well, love the flap that lifts up when opened giving more room for lettuce and caulis
