Don't walk, RUN I purchased a "LG 65" QNED80B EVO AI Mini LED 4K Smart TV 2026" aka 'the turd' for short This is hands down the worst product of any category that I've had the miss-fortune to have experience in years. It's so bad I can't believe they sell these things! For context this TV replaces a 17yo 720p Kogan TV so surpassing that should be laughably easy. Sadly the LG fails in almost every way possible. I was able to install and power up the TV, and the screen is nice, but unfortunately the positives end there. LG's WebOS is an abomination, trying to navigate it takes ages because it's a laggy mess. When I say laggy expect a 10+ second delay to do anything, even opening the TVs own menus! Worse Yet LG force you to have an LG account and insist on a credit card given the blessed kids to ability to sting you with unplanned bills down the track. Running apps on this TV is hit and miss, it'll take up to a minute to open anything but sometimes it works afterwards, Other times they don't open at all or they open but time our during the stream when the TV's pathetic CPU is overwhelmed. I'm using a 500MB connection to feed this thing but found reducing the quality down to 720p necessary to get a stable feed on apps like KAYO. Eventually I gave up and started using an old Chromecast with this TV as a stop gap until I can get my money back. If your thinking about buying one of these due to the steep discounts on offer. Good luck you'll need it

Purchased in at LG Australia for $998.
