Yes, it's a lemon – I've had this machine 2 years and 2 months. I was told it was the top of the range, did my research and the sales guy sang praises about it too. It washes okay, not brilliantly but as the other reviews, it takes hours to dry. The lint filter is inadequate, it covers the clothes in lint constantly, despite cleaning it out. The hoses get blocked… Read more

with wet soggy lint too. It was almost completely rebuilt about 8 weeks ago with a new computer plus three other mechanical faults. I've just had the mechanic out today again to it. He told me to go and buy a dryer and just use the washer. The extended warranty I bought from the Good Guys.

Washer Dryer – We bought this after being told it would save space and with a newborn be a very efficient machine. We have had numerous call outs for repairs and the customer service is appalling, very rude and not at all helpful. We have since had to buy a separate dryer and now it is currently putting small holes in various clothing and has a leak....… Read more

another lovely call to the customer service line...

The time it takes to wash, the time it takes to dry, the amount of problems we have had in two years.

Bad – So overall I would recommend to stay away from this machine i think condenser dryers are too new a technology and still are fixing all the bugs and it takes so much longer to dry your clothes than a normal dryer and you can not stop your load to see if it is dry you need to wait for the full cycle to end 2-3 hours but the washing machine part is… Read more

great but still too many problems and no one should have to go through that with any machine. The washing machine part of this machine is excellent and of high quality was extremely happy with how clean the clothes came out wonderful The condenser dryer just caused problem after problem after problem I bought this machine as i had 3 kids 4 year old and under and we were renovating the yard so was going to be without a clothes line for a fairly long period of time and this washer/ dryer was recommend by the good guys to stand up to our situation and it did not as of from 6 months of buying the item the dryer started having problems most of the time it was from lint getting caught up inside the machine where i was not allowed to go so had to call service men out to pull it out or work out what the problem was there was one occurance i did have with the company where they had said i used to much washing powder and it had built up on the machine and told to use half the amount well i do not think he knew what he was talking about as later was told it was lint and not from the detergent and the machine needed replacemnet parts so was without a dryer for 3 weeks and have been without a dryer on several occasions even had to go to the laundry mat a few times with little kids which should never had happened and i have recently again just been without a dryer for 3 weeks as waiting for parts again anyway have 2 months left of the warrenty and all in all needed to call out the service men about 13 times in nearly 2 years so I told them this machine is not right and is now being replaced but it has all just been a big headache also the dryer will not dry clothes properly unless has a full load or the clothes still be damp/ wet

Not good value for money – This is the worst appliance I've ever bought in my life. The lint filtering in the bowl is terrible. I have to clean the bowl and seals after nearly every wash. Drying time is far too long as well. It does do a very good wash, rinse and spin...that's it's one and only good feature. Anyone with a family and/or pets should steer clear of this… Read more

machine. I can't wait to be able to buy a new machine and separate dryer and get rid of this lemon. It washes well and is water efficient. Drying takes too long. Lint filter in bowl is grossly inadequate. Drainage clogs easily.

Very expensive lemon – My husband and I bought this washer when we moved, and had multiple issues with the dryer. We had two repair men out, but the problem keeps re-occuring. It is a good washing machine, although sometimes after finishing the machine gets 'stuck' on 0 and it can take up to 20m to open the door. This machine was recommended as TOP OF THE RANGE by… Read more

the sales person, and impressed with how it has performed. Clearly just a salesman earning his keep

Good – Great machine and very happy with the overall performance. I use the delay start often and do up to 5 loads a week for almost 3 years with no problems. The product was a new release when purchased and for the money spent on an LG, which is my first LG appliance I expect no problems. I would happily recommend this machine to anyone and it out… Read more

performed any top loader I had previously used. All wash programs and condenser dryer Sometimes a full load will get stuck just before the last spin cycle, can take up to 15 mins to correct itself
