The worst customer service I have ever come across. Brand new washing machine leaks from the bottom a few hours after loads have finished. If you put a load on at night, n the morning the floor is flooded and cupboards have started to expand due to the constant water sitting against them. LG advised I had to pay for a technician to come, won’t replace the unit or send anyone to even look at it and have told me because it isn’t leaking while they are on the phone after a load being run with nothing in it that there is nothing wrong with it. Basically not their problem that I have received a faulty product! DO NOT buy this washing machine or LG machines as customer service is appalling.

Bad product, not working as intended. the machine has weird chemical smell, and the drying function is not drying at all, it all came out moist and wet. Working with LG now and hopefully can get a refund. Very bad prodct and will next recommend to any of my friends.

Machine washes well – My new washer dryer combo is good quality, has many functions, washes and dries well but unfortunately AI appears to over-calculate the times necessary for the cotton wash and dry only cycles. Also the house and washing contained an unpleasant odour when I used the dry only cycle. I googled this and read it is caused by the heating of new motor coils and the insulation material around the motor and that under normal operation the odour should stop after 10 or 20 full cycles. Follow up: The odour did stop after 6 months. I have not used the dryer again though.
