LG WXLC-1116B Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPNs: 16804, 817360, WXLC-1116B and WXLC1116BFurther to Shauns Question if i only have cold inlet. what happens if i use hot watter functions . does it have a built in water heating device to take the 'cold' inlet.
This isn't something I've tried. Potentially, the machine would heat cold water, but it may also open the hot water solenoid and then return a no water fault if you only had a cold water inlet. If you are itching to know this, I could turn my hot water tap off and then run a 90 degree load and see what happens.
I ran a full load of washing with the hot tap off and chose a 60 degree program. The machine ran like normal and gave no error messages.
are thier any tutorials on how to use the dry feature without washing? my wife is hating this product so far.
please turn it on, and press either the turbo dry, air dry, or time dry buttons(time dry may require more presses depending on the time you want), spin and dry will light up, press the spin button to deselect spin(spin light will turn off) and only have dry active(only dry light will be active.).
Once your selection is correct, you should be able to press the start button to start the dry only process.
Does the LG WXLC-1116B washer/dryer require both hot and cold water supplies or can it just use cold water supply?
It has hot and cold water hoses so it would need to be connected to both.
Is it normal for the whole appliance to get almost too hot to touch during the drying cycle?
