We bought this fridge two years ago, over that time its been fixed by Liebherr due to malfunction. The internal plastic parts of the fridge are brittle and break with easy use. After contacting Liebherr they failed to replace the parts. Extremely dissappointed in the quality not worth the money

Appalling customer service over priced products – Had our side by side we paid $6k for 8 weeks before it stopped working. It has been over a month now and still no replacement fridge and no communication from the rep. Never again will be buy another of these products
