Beware !!! – We bought our lounge 1x2 seater and 1x3 seater over $7000 and both have broken frame. Shame on you Harvey Norman Rockhampton you will not refund us and we are still waiting after 2 mths to get it fixed. We are trying to contact Linea Dome and the phone number is not connected?? Please someone help us get justice and get a refund or a new one ‘fit for purpose’ . Disgrace Show details

again looking at it underneath this is made very poorly with cheap materials, we have never been more upset about the whole thing the lies from Harvey Norman and the poor quality of the lounge, it looks good but it is a piece of crap. DO NOT BUY>
very poor after sales service – We purchased a Chesterfield lounge (Bailey) from Harvey Norman, had to return the cushions back to the manufacturer as they were of different consistency, waited almost three weeks finally got them back only to find they had done nothing and no explanation as to what went wrong or what else could be done to rectify the problem. Not Impressed – Wouldn't recommend this lounge suite. We were told it was Made in Italy. Apparently not. Due ti our age we have found it very difficult returning the footrest to its original position [we weren't able to have power returns]. Six months old and filling is already collapsing in the chairs. We have a Moran leather lounge which is 30 years old and is still in excellent condition. Don't buy this Show details
This is perfect – We have had this lounge suite for 5 years with no problems or issues. We have powered reclining and it is the best thing for multiple positioning. Highly recommend
Lovely comfortable lounge – I’ve had this lounge for a few years now and it’s beautiful. Very comfortable never had a problem with it. It’s a heavy solid lounge suite. I would recommend this product.
Not a Good Buy – Not happy with the product as it had an electrical manufacturing fault. Would not recommend this product to anyone as the ACCC also said advertisement was false, misleading and deceptive. Harvey Norman has refused to accept responsibility. Now going to court.

$5,600 lounge on special for $4474.00 and felt at this price we would get something really special. Sadly the filling in the lounge began to sink within 6 months or so and by 12 months had become uncomfortable.
We contacted the company and they were very receptive and said they would send people out to look at the problem. We were expecting a representative that would check out our claim and go from there. What we didn't expect was a big truck with 2 repairmen on board who obviously were used to dealing with this problem. They promptly pulled the lounge apart stuffed in further layers of foam put the lounge back together and toddled off.
Both very professional and friendly and obviously used to fixing this problem. That was September 2017
I have no problem with the company but the product leaves much to be desired.
Sadly the lounge infills are sinking again like before. Obviously this is an ongoing problem for the company and I can't help but feel we haven't received value for our money. I'm not sure where to go from here, how many times does one stuff one's lounge that should never have sunk in the first place.
