earth to use it that way. I wouldnt consider just using this on its own, I have to use an Anti bacterial one at least then I know my mouth is really clean, this is okay for a gargle in between brushing and thats about all. It is fairly cheap and you can purchase it from the supermarket. I do like the Listermint Mouthwash, it is gentle but I am sure it isnt an Anti Bacterial one.
