Have had this for almost 5 years and would of giving it 5 stars at 4.5 years. Absolutely hopeless. Only works about 20% of the time - as soon as there is any activity (eg your baby moves or cries) it disconnects and buffers. accidentally deleted and shock horror, it isn’t working. If you’re looking for a monitor, stick with an old-school VTech or similar.
I haven’t received our monitor yet but both my partner and I on seperate occasions have enquired via their website about their stands and accessories and no one has ever gotten back to us. Really such a shame to spend a fair bit of money on a product and not have any customer service. It’s really making us rethink whether this was the right more or whether we return once it arrives.
Camera is decent quality when it works but it works about 20% of the time. Constantly loading and buffering, and often completely disconnects from wifi and needs setting up again which is extremely inconvenient as it requires you unplugging whole set up and moving the camera right up next to wifi, then moving it back. Not even close to being worth the money – Not a great product. Full functionality hidden behind a $400+ plus per year paywall…. After you have already purchased the product. Very poor wifi reception. If you have thick walls you will need wifi extenders(confirmed by the manufacturer) just so you can see through the app. Sooooo many better products at much cheaper prices. Disconnection troubles a plenty – I have now used this camera for 2.5yrs, and only because it was so expensive. This camera frequently disconnects and doesn't load as required. in the room as the Lollipop disconnected so many times. Not to mention the alert when it disconnects and your phone is on loud is also your ring tone so that's enough to scare you awake in the middle of the night. To get the extra sensor data requires a further purchase also.
This product has promise but while the disconnection issues are so prevalent it's just not worth the money. It would also be better if there was a secondary screen not your phone as an option also.
Not happy with this product at all – Wouldn't recommend this product. It often takes a while to connect and quite regularly need to unplug it to reset it. to reach out to Lollipop support team as the warranty on our well-loved camera has already lapsed. However, after doing a lot of research on how to fix my issue, I thought it would be best if I just ask the experts and see if they could help me. Lodging the request was very easy and I did not expect to get a response so promptly as the standard wait time in other companies takes about a week. I was initially assisted by Indra and it took me a while to get back to them as I got busy with bub not sleeping well the past couple of weeks. I received reminder emails about the response I got from the team so it’s hard to miss to respond. I appreciate their patience throughout the whole process as I was a little slack with responding to them Third email response was from Gavin and the issue was resolved. Had I not taken a week to respond, my issue would have been fixed in less than 3 days. Possibly a day if I was on the ball with it all. Thank you Lollipop team for going above and beyond expectations!

most nursery’s have white walls and a white cot. We do have a red light in the baby room which by the way the camera never had this sound until now. We have had the camera in the same position the entire time and only now is it making this clicking sound. When we head to bed this noise is extremely unacceptable to listen to through the night.
It’s disgusting and disappointing as this monitor is not cheap and the quality of this product is crap
I do not recommend.
Also thirdly the wifi will drop often when all other devices are working just fine in the house.

Worked for awhile but very buggy – The idea and camera itself with features is great but it rarely works it will need to be within 5m of your wifi access point or it will not connect or cuts out frequently is so unreliable we have had to buy another. Don’t buy terrible – We purchased the lollipop camera In hope of monitoring our baby while he was sleeping. How wrong we were. It takes forever to load the video and chews through your phone battery. The Lollipop Customer Service team took a good while to respond to our requests for troubleshooting assistance and we ended up having to purchase a new monitoring system for both rooms. Lollipop has subsequently supplied a replacement for our faulty camera.

after proof of issues they just continue to send “tips” and blaming the WiFi connect in which it is not. They are not admitting that it is a dud camera and will not replace it!
Does the bare minimum – This camera does the bare minimum you would expect a baby monitor to do. Ie there’s a video and it connects to your phone. on our cot which was super annoying and the cord holders lacked any stick so my 7 month old just pulled them and the cord right off. We thought it’s small size would be handy for travel but because it’s wifi sometime the network at a holiday rental doesn’t let you connect the camera. And again it doesn’t attach to the side of our travel cot either. Overall wouldn’t buy again. And it think most annoyed that it had so many advertised features and no indication that I would have to pay an ongoing fee if I wanted them.

Dont ever have to worry – i bought this as i wanted a baby monitor that would work with my phone. it was averagely priced for a camera baby monitor at the time. i can see the camera from anywhere not just on my wifi. it tracks movement noise and give you alerts. i really love this product
