sulphamic acid 105 grams / liter hope that helps now remember and READ the acid correctly its NOT the acid called "sulphuric acid" lets get that straight . it is very mild and used with a Ryobi power rotary brush in small areas dose the job very well ,Always test it out on an inconspicuous area before commiting . mine was done 10 months ago now and still looks new . also the ingredients are clearly on the bottle . follow the instruction the manufacturer gives .

hello Horatio I cant tell you what the PH is as it is not on the product .However i can tell you this it contains 105g/litre of SULPHAMIC ACID only it has no bleeching agent . I used it on my ivory grount as it was very discoloured and almost black in small areas i let is sit for 5 mins and the used my Ryobi power brush to lightly scrub and lift the dirt and stains , and then i used my wet vacc and water to pick up all the crud . i first tried it in an area under the dish washer to make sure it would not damage my grout and it was fine for my grout . so it did not bleach out any colour out of my grout it did not etch my terracotta tiles it did what it said on the bottle . my grout was done 5 + months ago now and it sill looks good do test patch and see what you think OH and contary to a post i seen once IT DOSE NOT ETCH GLAZED TILES .

I used it on high gloss ceramic tiles. It was not a problem & it cleaned the grout amazingly well, but you do need to use a narrow, stiff bristle grout brush & plenty of elbow grease!

Amazing product! You have to be a bit careful. I tried it on my shower tiles and my tiles are Matte… the product ran from the wall tiles and left white streak lines - they eventually came out with gumption though. If you have shiny tiles won’t be an issue… It came up perfect on floor grout…gorgeous and white!

Just wondering if you managed to remove the haze? Same thing has happened to my tiles after using this product

Yes by using metho and hot water

It's not a pen. It's a 750ml or 2l bottle. 750ml covers 20m2 for 450mm tiles

My floors are white porcelain tiles with regular bathroom/kitchen/laundry grout. It works perfectly for me. The first time when the grout was almost black, i squirted the grout cleaner onto the grout lines with a plastic sauce bottle, ( or you can buy it in a spray bottle) left it twenty minutes then brush over the grout lines with a soft nylon bristled household broom. Then I just mopped over the floor with a microcloth flat mop. The floor was sparkling white, no scrubbing, almost no bending. Now I do the floor occasionally and leave the cleaner on for a shorter time as per instructions on bottle. I have tried many cleaners but none work so effectively or easily.

Hi Steph and thanks for your question. I am just an end-user and have no association with the manufacturer. I have not had the problem you referred to. I have tracked down the phone number of the manufacturer which is 1800 065 326. Maybe try giving them a call. Hope it is resolved for you.

Hi Steph, Sorry to hear you have had a problem with your tiles. I too am an end user & have no association with the manufacturer. I followed other gleaming posts on product review. When I first tried Long Life on my grout, I made sure that there was 'hardly' any over-spill on my tiles. My tiles & grout are 32 years old with a (ceramic) shiny finish. After waiting for a time, I moped my tiles with hot, hot water & methylated spirits. Over & over again until every bit of Long Life Grout was completely mopped up. It worked for me. I am by no means recommending the use of Metho to anybody. I only know what has worked for me for eons. I don't know what type of tiles you have & as previously suggested by nbc, call the manufacturer. All the best.

Mop with solution of equal quantities of water & vinegar. Removes the haze.
