Inarguably the worst Loreal product ever produced. The tip is very, very soft and ineffective, the product, if you can get it to come out at all, comes out in either blobs which have to be wiped off and started again or completely transparent. A waste of money – I bought two of these pens thinking the "micro-precise felt tip" was going to be great and precise like a pencil line, but times three. kept persisting and got a tiny bit to come out each time until I gave up. Even when I put the pen vertically to get the ink to flow to the tip. Still no improvement.

Oh well I though, dud pen. So I opened the second pen and experienced the same problem. The tip was floppy and not precise and hardly any colour in the second pen as well.

So very little quantity of brow colour in the product and the felt tip is definitely not precise.

I will not be buying this product again.
