I have light golden brown hair. I decided to use this product as it has no ammonia and is supposed to be gentle on the hair. strong, the product was very runny and not the nice paste consistency I am used to and obviously the end colour was completely not as stated or shown on the box. I would not recommend this product at all. The pictures and advertising on the box are totally misleading which is not a good reflection on Loreal . It cost $33 for 2 boxes and this was on special - I can say without hesitation that it was a complete waste of money and the only thing "special" about the offer was that it turned my hair jet black and made me a laughing stock with friends. I am really upset by the outcome and I am embarrassed going out (tying my hair up and wearing a baseball cap). Not happy at all with Loreal.
