Extremely runny and impossible to apply without making a mess both of yourself and your bathroom. It makes hair very dry. Took 4 applications of conditioner to make my hair feel softer. I used other loreal hair dyes without any issues for years but this one is terrible.
Follow-up · The colour made my hair very dry. Took almost 6 weeks to feel soft. Whilst it was easy to mix it the consistency was very runny and as mentioned in the initial review-it was impossible to apply without it dropping. It also did have much stronger chemical smell than other box dyes I used. I have since switched back to Loreal Excellence and haven’t had any problems.
Bought 7.23 to add some gold tones to my hair, which is dark blonde. Ended up with PINK HAIR Complained to L'Oreal - they told me that Pink hair is THE EXPECTED OUTCOME EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - Do not buy this colour shade if you expect the gold colour on the box the dye is actually PURPLE
