Excellent Service – I had the wind causing a banging sound on my roof. The problem was strange as it was a lose bit on the edge. But he located it which others had overlooked in the past. Photos were taken and shown to me to identify the problem area. Professional, polite and very helpful. Totally recommend "Low Cost Roofing". Thank you.

Outstanding – Bill provided great service and he provided informed advice that was direct and to the point. He addressed the issues we were experiencing with meaningful advice. He is a tradesman I would happily recommend.
Shoddy work do not recommend – Same experience as other review on here. Sister had a quote to fix 2 leaks in roof, Bill quoted repointing and capping would fix these. Bill quoted the work and subcontracted 2 very young Grubs to do work. The first rain we had and the roof leaked like a sieve in several more places than initially. They made the roof leak everywhere. Bill has been out a few times to have a look and says he can’t find the leak (15 mins spent on a roof) it’s very obvious on wet spots on ceiling it’s leaking yet Bill has wiped his hands clean .was very happy to take the money and turn 2 leaks into 20 leaks. Run from these guys they are shoddy
Quoted work not completed – Twelve months ago Low Cost Roofing identified the cause of two bad leaks in my roof as two broken tiles and required silicone removal on some roof tiles. I was shown photos and knew exactly where these two repairs were needed. They also recommended my roof hips and ridges be re-pointed. The person from Low Cost Roofing who did the quote sent someone else to do the work. Having paid $1,402.50 I was upset these same leaks became worse with increased water damage to my garage wall and lounge cornice. I have now paid to have these two same leaks in my roof repaired and shown photos that the broken tiles and silicone that I paid to have repaired/removed twelve months ago had not been done. I was told the re-pointing work done by Low Cost Roofing had covered the roof weep-holes and had to be drilled out. Low cost roofing needs to make sure their workers are fully aware of the exact work they need to complete. My invoice description was only re-pointing with no mention of replacing broken tiles or silicone. Sloppy work when the re-pointing covered up the roof weep holes, not replacing broken tiles I had been shown a photo of twelve months ago and not scraping the silicone off the roof tiles as promised is not good enough. I will never use this roofing company again.
