We have 3 of these fans and each one has broken and needed the remote kit replaced in the space of 4 years. One of them has broken once in this last year and has just gone again. Absolutely terrible quality products. Would love if somebody could get in touch to resolve the issue. Show details

Among the worst products I’ve ever owned. Bought seven of these and pretty much all of them are dead. Absolutely useless. Chinese junk. The company should be out of business as well as you ever sells them Show details

Three of the six remote controls have stopped working, the first within the first year. Now one of the fans has failed, it's a bedroom fan, it hasn't worked hard. It just makes a whirring noise and nothing happens. Show details

Great fans super quiet and after two years of service still running well – Have no issues with these fans at all and totally recommend them. Agreed they are not the cheapest out there but when you have to sleep under a fan that groans or squeaks away on its lowest fan speed you soon appreciate these a whole lot more. We purchased the black and fake wood blade model and actually made them a feature of the ceiling space… Read more

which we have had very positive comments on. About to move to a new built house and the cheap silver items will be replaced by these (all 7 of them). Would be nice if the wall switch block buttons were back lit but not grumbling.

Expensive & not a good design – Purchased 4 Lucci Summit 54 DC fans to replace our old ones that in hindsight were better than these. Am very disappointed in them. Just be aware that they come with a remote as well as a wall mounted touch pad. You need to have a normal light switch on at all time. It's ok in the day when you can see what you are pushing but of a night no. … Read more

The touch pad needs to be illuminated all the time to see which of the 6 buttons to touch. The remote will only work in the room it is programmed to as well so don't misplace it. Rang the 1800 Beacon number in the warranty book, told to go onto the Lucci website & message them. I will see if they get back to me with a solution. The fan themselves, great. Just the using them not great, to us anyway.
