These fans are the worst. I purchased 4 over the years and the remote always fails and then the fan will spin only sporadically. Avoid

We purchased 3 Lucci ceiling fans for each room in our small unit roughly 3.5 years ago (now outside of warranty period). One by one the fans started spinning in super slow, sporadic ways until eventually last night we lost the last fan and now none of them spin. Completely dead. We have contacted Beacon who have advised us there is nothing… Read more

they can do as the warranty has now expired. $1300 down the drain with no explanation as to why the fans suddenly broke down unable to be used at all. Will never be purchasing Lucci again.

Love them but they don't last long enough – We have three of these fans, without the light. installed at different times between 4 and 6 years ago. And one was replaced due to bearing failure and now another has gone possibly for the same reason. I have never had a problem with remote or like other reviewers describe. We love these fans but they just dont seem to last long enough. We will… Read more

probably just replace again and hope for the best.

Personally i think the warranty should be 5 years. 2 or 3 years is not enough for these.

Are these actually discontinued??

Lucci fan receiver – Hi all, we purchased 6 lucci airfusion radar fans and have been really happy with them, recommending them to people, we had an issue with 1 fan just out of warranty and lucci very graciously replaced the receiver on the fan. Another fan is now suffering similar issues, struggling to spin up to speed, juddering wanting to spin but not able,… Read more ·  1

eventually it spins up after switching the fan master off then back on, starting it in reverse then switching direction, can I buy a receiver from lucci and get the electrician to fit it as I still have his details, thanks jason.

Another one that only lasted 3 years! – Fan looks good however there is a clear problem with these fans. Others reported them lasting to only just outside the warranty period and here is another case. No warranty given by Beacon. I wouldn’t recommend this fan unless you want to purchase a new one every few years. I have installed a lot of fans and they have lasted many years unfortunately this one is a lemon! Show details

Lasted just 2 years - NOT IMPRESSED – One month out of warranty and stopped working. Not used heavily. Very disappointed as not a cheap fan.

Great fans – All good, fans work very well. Quiet and good speed range.

The best fan I have ever installed or used – Simple installation, sleek and indiscreet, a perfect bedroom fan that delivers all the airflow you would ever need. This is simply a great humble yet elegant solution for any home. I'm on my second home and getting ready to install in all bedrooms. Show details

Airfusion Radar DC Fan – Love the fan, love the controls it looks good, works brilliantly. Only concern is the installation instructions require changes to be made at the switch board and this is expensive. Show details ·  5

Great ceiling fan, so glad I bought it – I bought this fan in June 2018 when renovating our bedroom. I was a little unsure as DC fans are expensive, but it has been well worth the investment. We are in Melbourne, and we run it far more often than I expected. It has turned out to be very quiet and very cheap to run. Most nights we use it so that we have some air movement while we… Read more

sleep, so mostly we only run it low, but this is more than enough to keep us cool and comfortable. I also really like the low profile.

Highly recommend this product.

Love it – I love my lucci ceiling fan I put one in every bedroom in the house. They are really quiet and smart modern looking. Wish I had of purchased them earlier. We have remote control it’s is fantastic. They do cost a little more than some fans but well worth the money. I cant remember exactly how much I paid for them but it was over $300 each.  Show details

Excellent quality low profile fan – Bought two from Beacon Lighting, along with the Clipper light kit and LED bulb. Straightforward to install, and easier than some I've done in past houses. Very quiet, remote control operation only. It's low profile so suits a low ceiling (like ours). Highly recommended, very pleased with both the look and operation. Soft start, quiet… Read more

operation. The light kit is easy to install and the light is just right. My only minor gripe is the remote has a button just above the light button which reverses the direction of the fan (say for winter), could be easy to press this in the dark, but really, not something to worry about.

Ceiling fan with a modern base and good speeds – This fan has six speeds with remote control. The best thing about it is the base that connects the fan to the ceiling. It is very short and modern looking (without the usual stem) and you hardly notice the fan when you enter the room. Ours is in the bedroom and the lowest speed is very slow allowing us to have the fan on al night without… Read more

getting too cold - many fans' slowest speed is often quite fast. We have had the fan a month now and are very happy with it.
