Don't waste your time with this company. They say they can organise stuff , that's a lie. They make appointments, and then cancel them. This is a bad company that talks big and does nothing,,, LITERALLY NOTHING, but they like to charge a lot of money for doing not a thing. Good News, I'm with a fantastic company now, couldn't be happier.

I recently found out that if your support company does nothing,, you can refuse payment,,, FOR DOING NOTHING.. Pretty happy about that.
