Mandurah Cruises

My mum fell over on the boardwalk outside the mandurah cruises ticket office. Even though she wasn’t on a cruise the staff took her in & did first aid and then kept her in their premises and called an ambulance. Really good people who went above and beyond.

Excellent care – I became unwell on the murray River lunch tour. The care I received was outstanding they arranged a drop off point and a uber taxi back to our cat at no expense to us. All the staff went above amd beyond to make sure I was OK. Wanted to thank everyone for there excellent care and service

Elf on a power trip – Santa and a mean elf were on the board walk saying hi to children and taking pictures. My disability clients seen this and desperately wanted to say hi to Santa but this mean elf kept pulling Santa away. We waited patiently the elf then said we don’t get paid to take pictures with people who aren’t on the cruise after another lady just told us if we wait we could get a photo with Santa. One of my individuals is in a wheelchair and they just wanted to say hi to Santa for a second. In the end we waited 10mins (they were very set on seeing Santa) and got a photo with Santa, it took 5 seconds. In a world where you can be anything be kind! That kindness can change a person with disabilities life.
