PayPal give Manscaped I think 10 days to respond with a Defense, which they won’t do. Your funds will then be returned to you by PayPal.
I bought the lawnmower 3.0 4 years ago. Has worked perfectly. I dropped it recently and the guard broke. I was looking at Amazon for replacement parts but they were all third party. I emailed manscape asking how I can buy a replacement guard and they replied within 5 minutes. They’re sending me out a new one completely free of charge. Easy to deal with and good products. Avoid! Any purchase made with Manscaped with automatically sign you up there subscription serves, which you will need to opt out off which you won’t because you don’t know about it until you are charged for it. supposedly issued a refund straight away and I’ve gotten the whole ‘I’m so sorry to hear about your experience’ bull. Which leads me to believe they know they are being dodgy. They must get complaints all the time. I mean just read all the reviews here. I wish I did before buying. Just look elsewhere there’s better out stuff out there.

I bought one of their beard shavers without ticking any additional boxes. The shaver is fine but 3 months later they billed my card and sent me beard shampoo. If you read the fine print, they sign you up to a 3 monthly replenishment plan and charge you. The next trick is to find where to Unsubscribe from this scam. Logging into your account doesn't show how to unsubscribe. It took me 15 minutes of searching to finally Unsubscribe. Show details

Whether or not there was a box that was automatically ticked for me to be a VIP, I most certainly did not agree to have my account automatically charged. It's absolutely incredible, I'm horrified. of the product refurbished? I ask this because someone said you only give a three month warranty. I have only seen refurbished products with such a low warranty period. My opinion is it is either that or your products don’t last or the manufacturer in China will only give 3 months. 2. The subscription adding is misleading , you should allow the purchaser to press the add subscription not you automatically add it and we have to manually remove it. This is very deceptive and you know it, it’s by design to be like that and you know it’s deceptive.

customer service where to find a replacement online and they not only offered a free one but without prompting sent me an invoice for $0.00 and sent me a new one feee of charge. Very happy and stoked to be getting it charged again and trimming away.

My wife bought me a product from them last year. They keep sending products that we did not order and charging us for it. There no way to stop it. Has to cancel card. Definitely a scam. Their products are all cheap garbage. Do not buy from them.

Have used manscaped products for years and no issues. Tried to upgrade to the Lawnmower 5.0 and it is a massive downgrade from earlier versions. Cutting with the guards is next to useless. After reading other reviews after I purchased it - I found many negative comments on the 5.0 where the 3.0 is better. Don't buy it.

Everything about the website is designed to fleece you out of more money. Not transparent at all. The 10% discounts advertised in order to get your email and phone number only apply to SUBSEQUENT orders, not your first. Unless you're very careful you get automatically subscribed to regular payments for services you don't want. Absolute con of a business model.

to the cart, it automatically adds the + Peak Hygiene Plan, but IT DOES NOT specify that there is an ongoing cost, it just shows as part of the checkout and it is zero cost in the cart. They are then... obviously hoping people, such as me (stupid and thinking a reputable brand wouldn't try and scam me) won't see it. 30 days later you'll get the charge for this product that you didn't ever sign up to charged to your card.
When you question it, 5 days later you'll get a response stating that you signed up for the package.
Further to the scam, the product, the 3.0 is actually horrid. There are far better, cheaper versions available from reputable companies.
Poor quality, durability is absurd for the lawnmower 3.0 – bought the manscaped lawnmower 3.0 a few months ago to shave my lower region, the first 1-2 times were fine but after that, constant nicks and marks. I have bled several times trying to simply cut around certain areas but the device simply is not built for doing this, even though it boasts it is made to do such things. had added the subscription to my order without my consent.
They have purposefully used Dark UX to scam customers in to adding the subscription to their cart. When a customer clicks add to cart on an item they have specifically selected to not have the subscription, the dark UX design will automatically add the subscription options to cart.
I have attached a screen recording of the website doing this to this review. This was also shared with them via email. I advised them of this after ordering and they removed the subscription. It was also not clear at all in the order confirmation email that this has been added either.
I am very very mad to see old reviews that they have been doing this for a long time, and it wasnt a one of error. I have emailed the customer service about how they are using this dark UX and it is not okay, but they are continuing to do this.
Order Delivery Issue: Whilst this subscription issue was being dealt with I received my order and a item was missing.
I emailed them with photos and they organised a replacement. I got a order confirmation of the free replacement. Once we got the product IT WAS THE WRONG ONE.
I emailed AGAIN!! And finally they did something right and sent out the correct order.
The product themselves are okay, but I am just waiting for the day they break or are faulty because i do not trust this company at all.

It was fine at first, then it just died – I had previously owned a lawnmower 3 and liked it because it was "waterproof" when in actuality it wasn't. I opened it up to see corrosion, so surely the newer version is better I thought. I bought the lawnmower 4 and again it was fine at first. But after it had fully died once, it was just terrible at charging and would randomly turn itself on… Read more
until it died. Today it finally decided to kick the bucket and will not charge at all. I decided to contact costumer support to see if there was a way to fix it, and to their credit the initial response was quick. I made sure it wasn't in travel mode and the charger as I use it to charge my phone. They offered a new charger free of charge to see if it would resolve the issue. But after I said that I don't think it's the charger as it charges other devices, they didn't respond. It has been over two hours since I sent that the charger email. Almost 30 minutes since a follow up email. I'm not happy with them or the products at the moment.
After they got back to me 2 hours and 40 minutes later the only solution they had was to spend more money with them, which I said no. So I've torn it apart to see corrosion yet again. So much for waterproof. Safe to say it wasn't the charging cable.

battery is garbage. From day one it's not held a charge. I charge it up, and it will be flat in 2 days without any use. Pointless when you have to charge it up within 24 hours before use.
Then when I do use it, it's no good either. I've given up on it. I now use a 5 year old Phillips One Blade that lasts 6 months on one charge.
Don't waste your money on this over marketed, over priced useless product.
