Marquee 3m Charcoal Easy Push Up Umbrella

Our pole for our 2.5 metre Marquee umbrella buckled and bent. Marquees policy is NOT to replace the pole.MORE LANDFILL. I will not support a company that is not offering sustainable replacements for parts. As a customer I would prefer to pay for replacment parts rather than bin a product that could easily have been salvaged. MARQUEE IS NOT AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCER

Broken 2 X in less than a week – I bought this from my local bunnings. My first umbrella broke within me owning it if about 2 weeks. It has been summer, lots of heat, and not bad weather. The ring at the top that seems to hold all the arms in popped open and the whole thing collapsed. My local bunnings were great and allowed me to replace it with a new one, same version. However in 2 X days, it broke again, same issue . I can't be bothered going back again and feel embarrassed to take it in. But I do want an outdoor umbrella and I'm put off trying to work out which one to buy

Replaced the old one, lasted 6 weeks – These umbrellas are designed to fail, the stitching on your pants is stronger. It’s surely a deliberate ploy by the manufacturers, there is no other possible reason for the poor workmanship.

Breaks in days of use – Purchased this umbrella from Bunnings and the metal clip at top that holds all the arms in place, broke, rendering umbrella unusable. Returned for replacement. Within less that 48 hours of use the same thing happened. Went to Bunnings website to find dozens of reviews on this umbrella all with the same problem and yet surprise, surprise.. Bunnings still sells them. Apparently quality and respecting customers isn’t big on this chains list of priorities. Returned to store for full refund. Petrol for 4 trips there and back probably made this exercise a cost to be overall.
