Martec Saturn Bathroom Fan Light – Only 7 months in the LED light blows on the fan light. It has an in-home warranty which means we cannot uninstall it, but its the only light in the bathroom. So we can't replace it. Meanwhile it's been a week since I filed a claim with Martec, followed up twice, no response. Tried calling, they direct you to the website. They make you jump through so many hoops, and just expect you to have no light in a room until they get around to it - whenever that might be. Disgusting lack of service.

No Martec fans for me – We had a Martec Razer Fan in the master bedroom and then one day the LED just died. I thought, oh that's an easy fix , get a replacement led. I searched every lighting and fan store but without any luck. I then decided to contact Martec directly, but to my astonishment, they told me they dont have any replacement LED's for this fan. So, my only option is to replace the whole fan. Utterly disappointed. Not going to have another Martec fan.
Barely works – 3 fans installed by electrician. Even on full speed they are slow spinning and standing directly underneath I barely feel the air move! LED light flickers non stop when fan is off Worst purchase - So so unhappy, especially as I had to save to get them and now they are worthless.

Hi Keen, You can contact our customer service team for more information, please make sure the fans are not in winter mode or no air will travel in the downwards direction, there is a summer/winter switch located on the top motor housing. without further information as to if they are wall control or remote control and/or on a dimmer or not I cant comment on the light flickering issue. the new model release in September has step dimming function, so no dimmer or dimmable remote is needed and if it is connected to this this will cause flickering.
Worst Customer Service – Great fan and light while it was working (Less than 24 Hours). be aware of the EXACT requirements for obtaining warranty before you buy. You will not be able to get warranty unless it is complied with 100%. Mine was installed by a licensed electrician free of charge so i didn't have a tax invoice. As this was done as a favour i feel like a huge imposition to ask him to write letters on my behalf. I provided all contact details, inc, ABN and License number and they were not willing to call him to confirm. I will be throwing out the 4 day old fan and going to the competition. BUYER BEWARE.

Hi John D, Sorry to hear about your experience. Martec honours all of its warranties through service agents that contract around the country, most people are very happy with our after sales service. The warranty is clearly stated in the warranty statement what is required, and we have a duty of care and safety before assigning any service calls to our service agents to make sure they have been installed by a licensed electrician, and this can only be verified with a certificate of compliance or a tax invoice, we take the safety of the service agents very seriously.
Bad product – Moment electrician installed 4 fans in our unit 1. All LED lights flicker when turned on to full strength 2. One LED light just turns off after a while 3. One LED light stopped working after a while 4. One fan wobbles
Hi Jay, The fans are covered by a 3 year in home warranty. you can contact our customer service team, and lodge a warranty claim. It is very unusual to have 4 issues from 4 fans.
