The chair is excellent and well used. Installation was as simple as opening the door and allowing the staff to set it up. After sale support has been great, I've had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I've not needed to because the unit is so user friendly! the Underwood store, fantastic lady, let me try out the chair for as long as I needed to, no sale pressure, making sure it was meeting my requirements, showing me how it works. Rez also created an amazing offer for me and I was even given free shipping and I live rural, just north of Chinchilla Qld. So that was an amazing offer in itself. I have had a follow up call two weeks after receiving the chair, to check delivery went well and if the chair is still meeting my needs. I have to be honest, I'm absolutely stoked with it, love that I can adjust pressure, as Im quite sensitive to touch. Has improved my sleeping, migraines and chronic pain where I am able to settle it, without having to resort to meds. It has actually helped with my swelling in my legs. Which cause me to be laid up too, its really be a game changer for me personally. I hope that if other read this it will help them, as with chronic illness, pain and migraines, its quite debilitating and this has given some quality of life back to me and helping me manage things better. We have had the physio+ chair for 2 months now and love it. Both myself and my wife use the chair five times a week. My wife just finds where you put your arms a snug fit but apart from that we would definitely recommend this chair. I play relaxing music which goes for 30 minutes and the chair goes for 20 minutes if you don’t touch any settings and normally for the last 10 minutes I end up snoozing in the zero gravity position. as I suffered a lot with muscle knots and spasms, From the beginning they were great as my friend got a great deal on the Black Friday sale and in December I called them and they were so accommodating in matching the price my friend paid and gave me life time warranty :) All up I would definitely recommend this company and if you want what I think is the best value for money is the phiso + as it’s strong especially for digging into those muscle knots! at night, the pain was just unbearable. I decided to give myself a Xmas present and ordered a chair. The company bent over backwards to help me find the perfect one for my needs, they had it delivered and set up for me within the week (with no cost to me) and honestly, it’s been the best investment ever! I use it at least once a day, usually after the kids are in bed and I can totally relax and then get the best nights sleep. I rarely wake up in the middle of the night for more painkillers and if I do, I get up and have another massage. It really has been a godsend. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, even the after sales service to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase is fantastic. Buy with absolute confidence from Massuese, you won’t be sorry.

Follow-up · The Massage Chair is very quiet - so much so sleep is always on the cards. Cleaning is a breeze wipe over with a damp cloth although we always put socks on to keep it a bit fresher. Wonderful stretch for old worn-out bodies.......great for getting into those tight spots and the relaxation setting is just heavenly.

have had more relief from pain with the Masseuse chair than all of the above in the last 3 years. Not just from the multitude of automatic programs but the manual programs that allow more specific targeting for areas of concern. This chair seems to have it all. In a word I would recommend Masseuse to anyone with issues and even to those that don't. My Wife has an autoimmune condition and the pain relief and improvement in mobility has been nothing short of excellent, seriously good. cash transaction during the St Valentines Day sale period that my husband and I decided to go ahead with the purchase on the spot. suffered terrible sciatic pain for many years and I also work in a demanding role. Alex and I spoke over the course of a few days , he was informative, professional, engaging and above all he wasn’t pushing me to purchase the product.
Alex ensured that I was well educated about the chair and the company and that he was armed with all my ailments so he could recommend the best chair. My purchase was seamless and delivery was fast. Approx 3 days.
The chair is amazing, I have relief and relaxation in the comfort of my own home. Massages are expensive, this chair pays for itself , in no time. The functionality is exceptional and you are able to tailor to your specific requirements. You also are not absorbing anyone else’s body energy which is passed on via human massage if they don’t know that they are doing.
The follow up service was immediate , I’ve had several calls from the company who by the way is Australian owned to see how I am enjoying the chair and to ensure I was happy with delivery.
Cannot fault a thing as I write this from the consider of my massage chair . GO FOR IT! I should have made this decision years ago. Oh and the back up warranty is a super special investment.

I purchased the chair after having spinal surgery. Due to a consequent drop foot, I was prone to falls and would have to head off to the chiro after a couple of days. a blanket, put the chair on zero gravity and heat for 20 mins and fall asleep. It's never the intention but that's what happens and so that's why I cover in a blanket. I also enjoy listening relaxing music through the speakers.
