Had our chair for over a year now and it's fantastic. We absolutely love it the after sale services, fantastic. In fact, they contact us to make sure everything's alright. And if there's anything they can do, you can book in sessions for custom settings, there's so many different features in the chair. It's really good. Great communication with the team, delivery and installation team were great and gave a good overview on how the chair operates. The chair itself is great, multiple modes to try and I find mixing up the modes is very useful for working on my back, neck, legs makes it easier to use. 20 minute sessions is handy if you need a middle of the day relaxation and double up sessions at night work for me. a different massage & love the way my whole body is pampered gently but firmly. I am happy not to have to drive 30 minutes for a massage, but can enjoy one in my own home at any time of the day or night! We are both extremely happy!

best investment I have made since buying my house. I do miss my chair when I do leave to visit my daughter in Queensland. I get up every morning when working for a 10 minutes do a quick massage to start the day. On days off I might do several types of massagae in different areas of my body. I will have a massage before bed but sometimes I fall asleep well a lot of times lol and wake up two hours later to go to bed. My adult children will come for a visit and often jump in as well. Follow-up · I have now had my chair for many years and I still use nearly every day it helps me to cope with my back issue sadly it does not cure the problem but it helps to bring relief to continue for another day. It is still in great condition.

Follow-up · I still totally love my chair, I use it every day, sometimes twice in a day. I use it for relaxing - it's so relaxing it can send you to sleep - I use it to ease tight muscles after gym workouts and running. I keep it in my lounge area. I find as soon as the chair starts you automatically just close your eyes and enjoy it!

If he didn’t immediately know the answer to one of my questions, he didn’t simply guess or brush me off — he took the time to research it, speak to the right people and come back to me with a proper answer and solution.
What impressed me most was that his service didn’t end once the chair was sold. Daniel continued to follow up afterwards and made sure the issues were actually resolved and that I was happy with the outcome. That level of after-sales care is very hard to find these days.

China in November of 2025, and since then I have not been able to get the same relief from other therapists. I now have one to two massages per day, instead of one per month. The difference is amazing. I am sleeping better. In fact, I often simply fall asleep in the chair after the massage! I am more relaxed and do not have the chronic ongoing pain I used to experience. As a long term investment for my overall health, I personally feel it was the best decision. The chair has so many functions and can be customised to target any area. I had seen these chairs advertised on morning shows in the past and was always interested, but never took the next step. After seeing a TV advertorial again for an EOYF sale, I decided to ring and find out more and I'm very glad I did, as I have no regrets. This is a quality made product and the help and support from the company staff have been excellent. From the initial call and purchase, through delivery and follow up help with understanding the chair's functions, everyone has been wonderful. I fully support this Australian owned company and would urge anyone looking to purchase this kind of product to investigate Masseuse Health Co. for themselves. beginning position after the session, but I was told this is for safety, just in case someone falls asleep the chair doesn't potentially make you fall forward if it was to reset itself to the beginning position. So to get it back into position, you need to turn it back on and then turn it back off. I'm looking forward to many more sessions in our chair, which we have affectionately called 'Sven, the masseur' ;) The company has also kept checking in, for instance a day after delivery, to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did. The guys from the white glove service were very careful when bringing in the chair and not scraping past doors etc. Very friendly guys. You can follow their trip coming towards your address on the day off delivery, which is convenient. Once they were here, they set the chair up in a short time. The company checked in again after 2 weeks to see how we are going with using the chair. So very good customer service and follow up...!

I have had my Physio+ Massage Chair from Masseuse for a couple of years now. It was originally recommended to me by a physiotherapist to support my in-home arthritis treatment between formal clinical Pilates & Physiotherapy sessions. We have been using the massage chair for a while now. I find it very therapeutic for my sore muscles and glutes however it hurts my feet. I now use very thick socks and that has helped. My husband finds it very relaxing but he thinks he has not been able to reduce the pressure enough. It is helping him with his bad back Show reply
