We conected a caravan up to our 2021 BT 50 Now we can’t turn on the heater or air conditioning. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Possibly a blown fuse. HOWEVER - the fact that you say that you have just connected a caravan could indicate a potential issue with the electrical plug connecting the van to your car. Thus it could be a blown fuse is just the result of a short or a poor connection. We have found quite a few issues with either the vehicle electrical plug or the towed unit plug (all types of vehicles) which generally only surface when they are connected. I would disconnect the van electrically, check all the fuses in the vehicle (from memory there are some in the engine bay and on the drivers side under the dash) and check both plugs visually. The vehicle handbook should have a list of locations and what fuses do what.

It’s ok. I was pushing every button trying to get the dam heater to work but it ended up working when I turned the fan up. That’s when it all lit up like a Christmas tree and I could relax Lol.

Straight back to the dealership for that one. Often error code’s can only be dealt with by Mazda dealers and you are obviously still under warranty.
