I wouldn’t even give them one star – Paid $26000 for a new camper waited 6months got a used showroom demo Wiring was dodgy had to get an electrician to recertify the plug it was tripping the rcd’s in the house when i needed to charge the batteries, found the active and neutral were backwards. I have a folder full of photos and defects. When i went back to the dealer to complain the manager rang the owner who was put on the phone to me and i asked for a refund he told me to “stop whinging and get over it” exact words from the owner. Wheel broke off twice Tent and awning was very hard to erect Had to purchase a $1000 box to store the awning because there is nowhere to store it. Tried to sell it after 18months and got $11000 i had to leave my hot water system and 80l engel fridge to be be able to sell it overall i paid close to $30000 and sold it for $11000 after 18 months i lost $19000 Would you stop whinging and get over that!

Amazing unit! A dozen trips so far loving it – We have had our Explorer Rear Fold for sometime now and it’s hasn’t missed a beat! We have camped in a number of areas as well as different weather. Recently camping in a heavy downpour for over a week, not a drop inside or issue. Easy to set up the main tent area and a breeze to tow compared to our previous forward fold with another brand. Only small issue would be the 12v points internally seem to not hold points well, the exterior ones all work really well and the electric plug in to the charger means to have to leave the door open when plugged to power, if it rains there is potential for connections to become wet. Both minimal issues considering everything else and the value for money. Can’t comment on warranty claims process or further after sales service as we haven’t needed it! With all the how to videos on line and forums everything has gone smoothly. Planning our next trip soon!
