It's perfect! – I love it! My skin feels really smooth and looks calm since I started using it. Feels very moisturizing, but light. You have to spread and massage it quickly into the skin because it absorbs so quickly. I use it 2 times a day: In the morning, after cleaning my face with tonic and after I put SPF hydrator. In the evening I use it again after cleansing , and after I use my night cream. I would recommend it to everyone, with or without rosacea, it's great even for sensitive skin! I buy it online (here: [weblink removed]) it works for me cause it is free shipping.

Definite reduction in sensitivity and redness – The manufacturer does not appear to claim Red Alert is a treatment for redness caused by Rosacea ( a specific clinical condition) - "Skin redness is a common problem for millions of people. Red Alert Serum provides intensive, calming relief for redness and flare-ups caused by skin hypersensitivity and utilises the latest cosmeceutical discoveries in the field of topical treatment of facial thread veins, skin irritation and erythema. A welcome and surprising side-effect of the key Red Alert Serum active, Teprenone, is an anti-wrinkle action which is clearly seen in clinical trial imagery (see below). This activity together is now the subject of a worldwide patent." [url removed]

For me and my circumstances: Sensitive face skin - even strong pollution days irritate - burning sensation. Some sun damage - 57 years old. No alcohol drinker.

Noticing subtle reduction in face redness (*not clinically diagnosed rosacea) after about 7 days. Using Red Alert Body lotion too.

Facial skin tone is improving.

Looking forward to reviewing again after one month.

Once a day in the evening. Works - at least for me. Pricey
