Please give this to new Mums for their babies – Coconut oil heals Nappy rash, like nothing else I have tried so quickly & easily. Infinitely better than the sticky, chemical trash they give you as samples in hospital when you have your baby. It is literally criminal & so sad they don't give out coconut oil instead. I've been sick with stress over rashes my children have had, worrying they'll return.. I use this everyday almost & Never worry about my kids having to feel uncomfortable. Tell Everyone please. Scary they push toxic crap when all we need is lovely natural products such as this. Never ending stars.... *.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*.*

Melrose Oil is best because it smells beautiful – I love this oil because in food it has no smell therefore it was easy for me to shift to the coconut oil in cooking as it is healthy to eat. Also I use it as a lotion now. It is beautiful if you mix some lavender oil, a touch of lemon grass with some drops of NIroli or Rose oil. It makes a great summer moisturizer and i found it extremely effective on a couple of Eczema like dry skin on my elbow. Highly recommend it.

So many uses! – I've been using this for a few months now and find it great. I think it now comes in glass jars in the health food section at Coles, both in refined and unrefined varieties. It's much better for you than other oils and very versatile. The unrefined one has a strong coconut smell and taste, while the refined version is more plain. You can also use it for minor skin problems and I find the unrefined version much better for this as it aids in hydration and healing. A little bit expensive but worth it.

Easy to use, fantastic taste and so good for you – I was introduced to cocnut oil as a replacement for other cooking oils and spreads three months ago by a health food shop locally. This oil is not affected by heat, and i use it for stir frys, or just lightly frying in a frypan. It mixes well into porridge too. Because this is unrefined, it contains no bad fats according to the reading i have done on it. The health benefits are numerous, and I have noticed increased energy levels as my main difference so far. The taste is great, adding a mild coconut flavour to foods. I bought the 900 gram size and it has lasted for three months with two adults using it almost daily. Flavour is great in cooking, resealable tin.
