Junk remote control – Had 3 ceiling fans installed and all 3 remotes don't work correctly. have to press 10 to 20 times. Have to be very close to fan. Installer reset remote and same problem. When i keep press the light on switch due to it not working it dimes the light. Frustrating unit, it is 2023 and they cant build a decent unit. Been putting up with this junk for over 6 months and have not received proper support.
