Poor wear and tear – Started out fine, however, within 6 months the cushion foam starting losing firmness and the stitching started unthreading. After 18 months the cushions now have no foam firmness left in them and it almost feels as if you are sitting on the base itself. What's even worse is that after enquiring under the supposed 6 year warranty, I have not heard from fantastic furniture for 4 months. Very poor customer service. Regretful buy – We have owned this lounge for just over a year, it has started tearing at seams, very disappointed it is horrible. It looks great but only to look at not use it seems.. a big waste of $1200. We are now having to look at getting a new lounge.
