This company is rubbish. They manufacture 3 levels of ovens and don't tell you that the bottom of the range is cr#p. The oven doesn't heat and cook evenly. The electrics don't work. A service call takes 3 weeks to book. We ordered spare parts that are in stock in Australia and they can't even dispatch for 15 days. How hard is it to put parts in an overnight post satchel and have it the next day. All customer service is overseas. Don't buy Miele appliances.

 Follow-up  · Finally got a technician from Meile over to address the issues after 2 months with the oven. Replaced the board and all seems ok now, but there are another 30 Miele units in the complex that the owner Keyton is trying to get Miele to address the same faults. Good luck.
