Miele H 6401 BMX

A few problems – I like this speed combi oven but after using it for only 5 months there are a couple of issues. The door is not closing properly anymore. Sometimes I have to push it closed 2 or 3 times as it just springs open again. I'm sure this will stop closing altogether soon. like the surface coating has worn away a little as it is a little black instead of silver and the microwave now sometimes sparks from these spots when it's on. I'm worried this may even start a fire. I bought this oven 3 years ago and had it in storage for all this time until we were ready for it a few months ago so I presume it's no longer under warranty but these faults should not be happening and should be covered.
