Miele Microwave Cloudy Glass door – I have this Miele microwave and the door has fogged up. Very disappointed that Miele say that it is out of warranty and they won't send out a technician until I agree to pay the call out fee. This is a manufacturer fault not wear and tear. For a company that promotes themselves as a premium, quality brand, very poor service. You don't expect "quality" products to fail as soon as they are out of warranty.

Door fogs up – Updated review After being disappointed my microwave door had fogged up and remained fogged up Miele came out and fixed the door. Whilst it is still not super clear, it is significantly better than how it was and doesnt seem to be fogging up anymore

Great microwave but – Has been an excellent microwave,I have had since 2014 Looks great but unfortunately has developed a haze between layers of glass on door. Am wondering why? Apart from this it cooks beautifully and heats food well.Would like this issue resolved thanks Miele. Emailed about issue a month ago am still waiting for response.

Hi Joseph, sorry for the late response. If the fogging is on the door viewing screen or the middle glass plate, then glass cleaner and newspaper will clean the glass adequately. If the fogging is between the perforated screen and the glued in pane, and it is unable to be cleaned adequately, then the door assembly / fascia will need to be replaced.
