Overpriced and Faulty Fan - Beacon lighting don't publish bad reviews – We bought 2 of these fans few years ago - one installed in lounge room and one in master bedroom. Next summer rolled in and the fans get progressively worse - the lounge fan is so bad it is not possible to sit under it - no air but lots of noise.

For a $569 retail fan to last less than 3 year - speaks volume of the quality control at Wave.

Worse - I posted a negative review on Beacon lightning website and they didn't publish it. Instead their customer care contacted me and offered to sell the fans at prices higher than what anyone could buy on boxing day sales (they were throwing in replacement installation worth $90 for 2 fans and I had to fork out $800 min to get this replacement - No thanks)

Overall supremely disappointed - not only with the fan but also with Beacon and how they have handled a genuine faulty unit. Not publishing poor reviews of product is also a very troubling aspect imho.

Buyer beware and if you experience any whirring noise from your fan - immediately get a warranty replacement. This fan is all for show only.
