Hi , the machine is poor , cannot cook ir heat up , cannot blend, cannot knead , scale is hopeless . Tried it once then when i was asking to return it after 1 week i purchased it , they said no cannot return it no refund . Please read reviews before you buy anything online

Vulnerable electric parts and the customer service is garbage – Was using the machine to smash some frozen fruits, and the blades stopped turning, although the engine was still working. So I lifted the machine up, and heard some sound of broken parts shaking in the machine - I opened the machine and it turns out to be a cog wheel, a flimsy, plastic cog wheel that is driving the engine of the blades! Can you not save the money and produce a bit higher quality parts that might need to drive something that is semi-hard, instead of using this cheap plastic?

Contacted the customer service. I cannot find the receipt, so would like to pay for the repairment or the spare, however, the customer service just told me that this is not a "serviceable part", and recommanded me to throw it away - didn't directly say it, but basically meant it. Good job, Intelli customer service!

The Latest version Mistral Smart Intelli Kitchen Machine is also not able to heat up – Dear Mistral, I have this machine as a Christmas gift, However, it is not warming up. I tried to cook 2 dishes with it and both I have to recook it in the microwave and the cook stove. Very disappointing I tried to email admin@gsmretailgroup.com but no reply. Regards,

Doesn't heat – Bought this to replace my New Wave machine.which worked well , though noisy. To my disappointment this thing doesn't achieve the temperatures written on the machine. Custard comes out floury tasting , bechamel comes out floury tasting , you need the heat to cook the flour in , it all comes out only tepid. Don't waste your money , do you research , though you can't rely on truthful reviews any more which makes it harder. All I can advise - If it seems a lot cheaper than than the other machines , stay away you don't even get the value of what you pay for.

You get what you pay for – Purchased to replace our Thermomix that was having some issues after 8 years. Initially it seemed to be as good at a fraction of the price until we used the heat function. Set to a temperature of 90 degrees, it achieved approximately 40 degrees before ‘temperature’ light came on saying it was at the desired temperature. Several calls and emails to the company resulted in no response from them until we spoke with a person who said to return it to the place of purchase and swap it over. We did this and got a brand new one in a box. We had high hopes. Unfortunately this machine had the same problem - it gets nowhere near the temperature it’s set to. No where near. So another unanswered email and phone message later I can only advise that from my experience, these machines are good for mixing things but are absolutely useless when it comes to heating - which is kind of what you buy them for? I have also found the company to be equally as useless. Upwards of 6 messages and emails to try to resolving the issue with zero response. In this case you don’t even get what you pay for.

Thank you for your concern. This is in fact the number we continue to call and receive No Reply - messages left and No One calls us back. We have called this number many (approx 6 times plus emails) and left messages but don’t get a response from you. I appreciate you think you have good customer service and strict quality control measures in your mission statement and marketing department but what actually happens in the real world is far from what you say here. All we want is a machine that performs to the level that is stated in your advertising material and hand book. Surely this is fundamental to quality control and good customer service.
