Can I wash the bowl in a sink and is it ok if water gets onto the plugs on the bowl?
Yes you can. You just have to make sure the pins are completely dry before using.
I don't think I will get an answer, but I has also been given a Mistral 8-in-1 Ultimate Kitchen Machine (I don't know if scales originally came with it, but I don't have them). My niece couldn't find her user manual so I am without help. Please help me.
Yes mine came with scales but you can buy them cheap from kmart

I have just been given one of these machines and the manual is lost, Is there anywhere I can get a copy of the manual??
The handle has come off my Mistral Ultimate Kitchen Machine. Is there a way I can get into the handle to screw it back on please?
Take the cover plate off the front of the handle. You may have the use a knife or something similar. There is a screw in there. Put the screw back in and replace the cover plate! Do the same if your handle becomes loose.
