Great air conditioner

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries was recommended to us by a family member who was very impressed with the unit that he had installed. After researching other units, we went with Mitsubishi and are very happy with it. It works well in all areas of our house, particularly one area that our old unit struggled with. Happy with the product, install and help with a couple of questions through the customer service area. Show details

Cool and heats up well

We have a 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms house. We upgraded from gas floor ducted unit to this. It takes slightly longer to heat up the whole house compared to gas but our bill is lesser. Also cools the house really quickly. Overall I highly recommend this unit as it is as good as it gets. Show details

After some frustration to fix a factory fault it works fine and we are happy with it

It was installed in winter time and worked fine for heating, but 5 months later when we want it to use for cooling, it did not work. According to the suppllier/installer it was a faulty part. The supplier did it's very best to rectify the problem a.s.a.p but it took 3times and several weeks to have it fixed, bit frustrating. After it was fixed it now works very well and we are still very happy with it. Everything works fine now. Show details

So far this is a brilliant system

This summer in Far North Queensland has been particularly brutal with very high temperatures and humidity and our system has handled it with ease keeping the house cool and comfortable. We have not had the opportunity to use 5he heating functionality as yet. Show details

Great air-conditioner. Better than other brands experienced

Had full house ducted air con installed to replace Mitsubishi split system which we still have and use when whole house conditioning not required.
Very quiet unit with good control unit (including remote access) running four zones.
Very happy with our decision to go with Mitsubishi. Easy to change/set different zone temperature requirements including on/off.
Early days but all indicators are that it will cope with all the conditions we expect in our area. Show details
