Exactly what we needed!

So happy we chose this - was very affordable, runs night and day and has kept us really warm this winter.
The outdoor unit is next to a bedroom so it is great that is it so much quieter than our old system. I love the Wifi control too - can set it to come on before I even get home.
One thing to get used to is it takes a few minutes to start cranking out air, not the instant response you might be used to from older units but certainly does the job once it gets going.

Purchased in May 2021 for $9,800.

We have a new system installed 3weeks ago. When the night time outdoor temp is 7 deg C or so, the system spends so long in defrost/standby that the house is cold. From its temp setpoint of 17deg C the average temp indicated on the controller falls to 8 deg C or so. Any ideas as to what the problem is?
