Heavy bike & Reviews on their website omit negative reviews
I bought this bike for my son, and found that it was quite large, and heavy even though his feet were flat on the ground. We did love the look of the bike, and he was really excited by it but would not ride it for long at all because of the size. We didn't return the bike as we had already used the bike.
I was mostly disappointed to find that when I submitted the review on their website it indicates the review is submitted for moderation, which means they omit negative reviews. I read the reviews and was excited to buy it given they had so ...many positive reviews. I then received an email from them offering a refund. This was frustrating, as my review already indicated that we had assembled, and obviously tried it, and it has already been used so the refund policy is no longer applicable to me. They again offered the refund saying I could dissemble it provided it was in perfect condition and put back into original packaging, and if I didn't have the original packaging, it would be a deduction of $20. I was a bit puzzled as I had told them I had used the bike, and they continued to offer me the return policy specifically highlighting it needed to be in perfect condition, and kept referring to the website policy where returns need to be unused, when I explicitly told them I had used it. Outside of this, after postage to return the bike, and deduction of $20 as I did not have original packaging, it wouldn't be worth my while to return the bikes. While the bike I rated as 2 stars given it utility for us as it is a great looking bike but not for us, the customer service afterwards just made it an overall very negative experience.
This bike has been with us for over 2 years now. My son loves it. I love that it goes from use on flat concrete to rough and bumpy surfaces with ease. In the beginning we were very careful to put it away inside the garage but as time went on we left it out a few times. It has deteriorated a little in the looks department since being out in the rain but like every toy that a kid uses and loves the most...now it looks well loved too! We took ours camping and because it's a hop on hop off bike and it's so simple it was shared between kids aged 1, ...2 and 4 and they all had a heap of fun on it. Now it's a must have on any trip away from home! Haven't had any problems with splitting. I would definitely shop with Mocka again and I'll be buying the next size up soon.
Warning Not Waterproof
Warning not made from Marine Grade Ply. We purchased a Mocka balance bike and after it got wet in the rain the frame warped and buckled and the front wheel stopped rotating. The supplier asked me to pay for new replacement parts as I had owned it for more than 365 days.
Mocka Urban Son loves it!!
3.5 yr old son loves his balance bike.( used 1yr) mastered balance quickly . Lightweight, strong hard wearing, enclosed spokes, adjustable seat. Steering has safety feature handle bars do not turn 360 ( like some balance bikes) His friends love it too. Highly recommend

Great bike but they don't last.
We've had a Mocka All Terrain balance bike for less than a year & have gone through 2 front panels as they've split. We look after it, keeping it in the shed out of the sun & rain and it's not thrown around at all. My son absolutely adores riding it so it's a real shame that were having these problems. We certainly won't be buying another one of these bikes.
we will tell you what its like when we can assemble it
Our bike took longer to arrive from Qld than products from the UK. When it did finally get here, couriers did not follow delivery instructions, so santas "surprise" was sitting by the front door. So far, we havent managed to get it assembled. nothing is quite as simple as the instructions say (eg steering pin will not insert fully) and the screws dont appear to fit. If you do order one, allow plenty of time for being stuffed around! We'll report back if its any good if we ever manage to get it together. Customer service are responsive on email but the instructions should be clearer. Glad we didnt leave it til Xmas eve. VERY UNIMPRESSED.
You get what you pay for!
Great for the first 8 months and then the front fork split and the bike is now unable to be ridden. This fault is considered wear and tear and not covered under warranty.
Great bike, high quality
Purchased the mocka all terrain balance bike recently for our 3 year old daughter. Its great. Quality wooden frame, very sturdy. Has great tyres that grip the road well. Looks great too.
3 year old loves it, and is progressing very quickly in regards to balance. She will bypass the need for training wheels altogether.
Purchased online, very fast delivery, excellent price.
