selling the exact same bike. So clearly the parts exist — they just don’t support their existing customers. At this point, it feels like once they take your money, they are no longer interested in helping you. I have sent multiple emails over the past week asking for a refund — and received no response at all. This bike was meant to be my son’s 3rd birthday present, and unfortunately I couldn’t even give it to him. It’s been stressful and upsetting, and in this current situation, I don’t even have the budget to go and buy another one. I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. Please think twice before buying from this brand.

I received this balance bike as part of Little Nations Ambassador Program and am very happy with what was given to us. My son can lift it himself and manoeuvre around without issue. He’s terrified to balance on his own still but is still making progress extreme progress! I’m very happy with our balance bike and I know my son is too! Plus the bright red colour is awesome!

Disappointed with the quality of the bike and the post-sale customer service. The dome nut came loose on my son's bike after only a few weeks' use and then came off. We ordered a replacement axle with nuts and then later were told it would be a six week wait for the part. We were not told this when we paid for the axle. sell/ send replacements parts. The bikes have specific triangular shaped lock plates used to hold the tyres on, and you cannot buy these anywhere. Overall - 1 star - as we all know, it is the follow up customer service that matters the most and Little Nation has no customer service. We will never buy from Little Nation again.

stopped responding, since reading reviews on this company (little nation) it seems this is a regular occurrence. Customer satisfaction should be number one, sometimes a simple apology to the customer is all that is needed.

Faulty product stay away – Purchased the balance bike. Assembled it and pushed my toddler around on it inside the house. The rear wheel nut fell off twice along with the wheel. attached is bent out slightly. The wheel nut can be tighten but once weight is on the frame it forces the nut to come off. They told me as I’ve assembled it and it’s been used that I can’t return it. It’s literally their fault, how are you meant to know it’s a crap product and cheap before assembling it. Spend the extra money and buy something that isn’t made in china, the reviews have to be scams on here. They also stated they have never had a faulty product which is a straight out lie.
Faulty product but Little Nation will not answer support ticket! – Bought 2 of these little Balance Bikes for my grandkids & they are great except that the back wheels on one of them won’t turn. I have filled out 3 product support tickets on the Little Nation web site and have had no response to any of them! which way to use each but really should be clearer; have a look at the terrible You Tube video - all negatives and so poor - way to fast and then the video does not show the assembly of the wheels. You cannot call anyone - all emails, and response time a little delayed. This poor quality of instructions and You Tube is frankly a bit insulting to the buyer. Once assembled leaving aside discomfort on handle bars, the bike is very light which is a positive and while early days, the kids seem to like it. So we shall see. Price was Christmas time discount to $80. I would really not want to pay full price. Received item mid January (bought 2 bikes, and came about 2 weeks apart).
Tricky to assemble, loose, falls apart – Difficult to assemble bike doesn’t feel secure, quick release doesn’t hold the handle bars in place as a result they constantly off their axis. Will be returning. Show details
