Morphy Richards Equip 4 Slice

I bought this toaster a couple of months ago but unfortunately it's a deception. The bread slice toasts very unevenly and one side easily gets burned. If I lower the setting by one, the toasting is insufficient, but if I bring the setting up by one, the bread burns on one side. I've had to throw away so many yummy slices of organic bread that I regret buying this toaster. It's going to become an expensive toaster because of this issue... My previous, cheaper toaster did a much greater job but unfortunately after 10 years it died. Murphy Richards, if you're happy to reimburse/swap this toaster for me, I'd really appreciate it.
