Don't waste your money on the all bristle brush, go for sponge top – sponge top does a great job, they both have the bonus nipple cleaning tool in the base. the all bristle brush sprays all over when taken out of the bottle during cleansing. pretty much impossible to not spray yourself or half your kitchen with tiny soapy droplets. incredibly bad design by Munchkin

fantastic and hygenic – This bottle and nipple brush is fantastic. The spongy bit at the end gets into the corners at the bottom of the bottle without flattening the bristles. Also the detachable nipple brush is great to get into those ends of the teats, making a better hygienic clean. My one is a new design which has the flat bottom so that it's more hygienic as you can stow it upright. This is the best brush I've used so far. that it had the attachable nipple brush and the spongy bit at the top saves the bristles from deforming over time.
