regarding when my order was being packed and exactly when I could expect it to arrive. As for the products, they truly deliver on comfort. The chair and ottoman are easily the most comfortable pieces of furniture in the entire house. Furthermore, the mattress topper has been a complete game-changer, transforming an uncomfortable mattress into one that guarantees a great night's sleep. Even after the order arrived, I had a couple of queries, and the Muscle Mat team was quick and efficient in their replies, confirming their commitment to fantastic customer support. I am so impressed that I am now in the process of purchasing a mattress topper , Chair & ottoman for my daughter. Highly recommended!
Chair arrived quickly however I would not describe it as a chair at all. It's basically a firm beanbag, very low to the ground and impossible to get out of. virtually impossible to return and only now am I aware that we are expected to pay those costs - which will be almost as much as the chair cost, given it's weight and now size after being vacuum packed for delivery. Something I am not willing to pay for as this is not a 'change of mind' return, but more an overpriced misleading product. I have emailed them and hope for a prompt response as this is a big purchase for me.
Quick delivery and great customer service. Quick replies. This chair is so comfortable to sit and nap in. Only con is it’s a little low to the ground for someone with bad knees or back to be able to get up but is comfortable to sit and lay in and worth the money anyway. Very Happy with my purchase. Very hard chair, not comfortable at all. They do offer return within 30 days, but once you open the box and chair expanded, there is no way you can deliver this without paying large sum of money. No response to my email yet 22/8/2025, I have bought another chair from Ivory and Deen, that chair is thousand times better comfortable than this and it is not saggy like this muscle mat chair.
